Governance and Information Management
Governance is the interaction between the community and government to improve their quality of life. Information Management, on the other hand, is the process of collecting, storing, managing, and maintaining different kinds of information. Both are important in magaging COVID cases in your respective barangays. Statements under this category concerns with the flow of COVID related information and the existing actions against COVID-19 in the barangay.
The COVID case load in my barangay is manageable
Our barangay understands the COVID related policies from CLGU and national agencies.
Our Barangay Health Emergency Response Teams (BHERT) are activated and functioning
We have a functioning system to manage COVID-related injuties and community reporting.
I have an updated database of my constituents and their socio-economic status (e.g livelihood, food access, PWDs, seniors, etc.

Part 2
Covid-19 Response: Community Behaviors
To meet minimum health standards set by DOH, both individuals and communities must change their behaviors to mitigate the spread of COVID. Statements under this category measures the barangay’s existing communication strategies, models that you follow, and feedback approach regarding COVID which are keys to motivating barangays and LGUs to “Heal As One.”
Stay at home orders are followed well in our barangay
Physical distancing is followed in our barangay’s public spaces (e.g. public markets, health centers, barangay hall, businesses).
Our community is complying with the guidelines about mask-wearing

Part 3
Focal Areas: Service Delivery
Quarantines and lockdowns all over the world has severely contracted the economy. During these times, assistance to the most vulnerable is required while the community still requires access to basic Health Care, WaSH, Food Security, Income Generation and Education. Statements under this category are divided into four: Food Security & Nutrition, Health & Wellbeing Services, Livelihood & Economy, Learning & Education.
Food Security and Nutrition
Having enough nutritious and budget-friendly food to feed their families is one of the priorities of citizens during the pandemic. The COVID pandemic disrupted the food supply chain that Filipinos currently have, and it is the role of the barangay to bridge the gap between citizens and their necessities. Statements under this category mainly covers the citizens’ access to nutritious food.
Our barangay is able to access adequate food even during lockdown
Our community members are able to eat nutritious food even during lockdown
We are able to ensure that the most vulnerable members of our community receive food aid
Health and Well-Being Services
It’s important to maintain physical and mental wellbeing especiially during the COVID pandemic. Barangays should be able to act on supporting the health and wellbeing of their citizens. Statements under this category focuses on how barangays aid your citizens on COVID cases, non-COVID related services, and mental health.
Our healthcare facilities are implementing the COVID-19 protocols
Our community is aware of the healthcare protocols to follow for suspected COVID-19 cases
Non-COVID patients in our community are still able to access healthcare services they need
Our community members have access to mental health support
Livelihood and Economy
The COVID pandemic has not only affected food security and health, but also the livelihood of people. A large number of Filipinos lost their sources of income because of the quarantines and lockdowns, and the barangay plays a role in helping these Filipinos rise from their livelihood struggle. Statements under this category tackles the support the barangay has given to your citizens.
We are able to distribute SAP and other aid effectively and safely
We are able to monitor and offer aid and support to affected businesses and employees in our community
Marginalized groups in our community such as informal settlers, PWDs, seniors, and single parents are able to access information and aid
Learning and Education
Students, teachers, and parents are not excused from the COVID pandemic. Schools have to adjust to online learning, and not all people have access to the internet and online learning tools such as laptops. Barangays should have the capacity to give aid to schools. Statements under this category talks about how the barangay showed their support to schools and its constituents.
Our students have access to guidance and support for their learning needs
Our students have access to the necessary materials to continue their learning (whether digital and/or hard copy)
The teachers, parents, students, and the school administration are able to cope with the distant learning set-up
